What personal data I collect and why
When you complete the Hybrid Retirement Readiness Quiz I collect your first name and email address. I use this to send you your personalised quiz result and occasional emails with relevant financial planning resources and insights. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
When you book a call When you book a Freedom Planning Call via TidyCal, TidyCal collects your name, email address and scheduling information. Please refer to TidyCal’s own privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
When you visit this website This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time spent on the site and your general location. This data does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How I store your data
Your email address and name are stored securely in MailerLite, my email marketing platform. MailerLite is GDPR-compliant and handles your data in accordance with their privacy policy. I do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
How long I keep your data
I keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed to my mailing list. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from my active lists. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@yonghui.sg.
Your rights under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate personal data
- Withdraw consent for me to collect, use or disclose your personal data
